MES Kids site uses free Flash plug-in to make activities more fun and interactive but not all activities require this plug-in. Flash plug-in allows you to watch animation and play games through your Web browser. The Flash plug-in can be downloaded for free.
If you’re not sure if your computer has Flash plug-in or if you need to install it, ask an adult to help you.

The game never starts. What should I do?
Our Flash games are written to use the most common version of Flash possible, but sometimes the games require a newer version. If you don’t have Flash 7 or higher, you should download the most recent version of Flash.
Things take a long time to download. Is something wrong?
If the games are taking a long time to appear, it may be that you aren’t using the most recent version of Web browser or the needed plug-in. Check out our recommended downloads section for links to these downloads.
Even if you’re using the most recent plug-ins and web browser versions, though, you might need to be patient. Download time might also depend on your Internet connection speed or if you are trying to connect during peak traffic times (in the evening), which in this case you might need to wait a minute or two for the download to finish.
What is a Privacy Policy?
A privacy policy tells you how a web site deals with your personal information. It will tell you what kinds of personal information are collected (like your e-mail address, your last name, or your address), how it will be used and whether it will be shared with other people. I have a technical problem with the web site; can you help me fix it?
